Great stay

The condo is in a great location with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics you’d find at home. The owner is welcoming and always willing to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for two couples and the view was amazing. The property owner is very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The check in and check out process were the easiest I've experienced with VRBO. Parking was easy and very close to the elevator. I would love to stay here again. In fact, I didn't want to leave.

One month winter getaway

The property was clean and well kept. The condo itself was perfect for myself and friend. The living room seating could be improved. Kitchen, bath and bedrooms were just right for our needs. Hearing the ocean was great sleep sedative at night.

Family of 3

Was exactly as expected from the site and description. Great location, great view of the ocean and beach. Very clean and had everything we as a family of 3 needed. Tom checked on us as soon as we got checked in and made sure everything was ready and ok. Would absolutely stay again if we go back to that area.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We stayed at this condo and loved it. Very clean and nice.... EVERYTHING. We had plenty of room, we cooked and liked that we had such a great view of the ocean. We brought my grandmother on this trip and she loved it. I can say how thankful and greatful we were to get the condo during the Holiday. We will be staying with you guys again. It was beautiful and we loved it.

Labor Day Weekend 2023

Perfect size for a family of 4 on a mini- vaca. If you plan on cooking, definitely take stock before going to the store as there aren't any supplies there. Close to EVERYTHING needed- restaurants, mini golf, shopping. The pool was never crowded and stayed clean. Plenty of room on the beach since we weren't crowded by any high rise buildings.

Great Views

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The condo was very nice and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would have given this place 5 stars except for a strong cigarette smoke smell that is inherent in it - especially in the master oceanfront bedroom. Due to allergies, the smoke smell made our stay less pleasant than it, otherwise, would have been.

Thanks for the feedback Mark. We've battled this off and on for the past 2 years. It just seems to depend on what the owners next to our unit and below our unit are doing. We've installed a UV filter as a way to try and resolve. We've had good success overall. I have followed up with our HVAC company to check on things since your stay. Thanks again for the details. All the best, Tom

Relaxing Fun

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great views from every window - nice breeze with the balcony doors open and lot's to see and do in the area. Unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked (even though we mostly ate out). Check-in and check-out was fine and communication with the owner was fast and easy. No concerns or issues at all. Will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back in October

All was good.

There was cigarette smoke smell the first couple of days, which slowly went away. Overall it was a great unit. We would love it if it had its own washer and dryer.

Hi Sandy, Thanks for the review and information around the smoking smell. We had our HVAC team come out and check things - it looks like the guests in the unit next door must have been heavy smokers and/or smoke smell was coming in from their balcony. We've had management company check several times since your visit and we have been out there once ourselves - so far, so good but we will keep having the Owners Direct team checking as we go forward. Take care and hope you have you visit again! Tom

Tom is great

I must say I was very impressed with the personal contact from the owner Tom. He kept in touch prior to our stay, also the day we arrived, and the day after check out. He gave us a few great places to visit. The views from the balcony were the reason we booked this condo. The pictures were spot on. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay. I will definitley stay again

Cozy & comfortablr

The beach is lovely & was far less crowded than the areas to the left & right. The condo is on the smaller side and storing beach stuff was a bit of a challenge, but we were creative & figured out what worked well for us. The check-in process was simple. I appreciated the call when the unit was done early. For a family of three it was just enough space for a wonderful vacation!

Coin operated washer/dryer, really! Kitchen was very small. I wouldn’t rent it again. $100.00 charge if you don’t empty all the trash cans!

Response from VrboOwner on 9 Sept 2024
Hi Dennis - thanks for taking the time to provide a review. We try to be as up front and transparent in our listing as possible. That includes the fact that the unit is just a bit over 700 sq feet, and that there are coin operated laundry facilities on our floor for guests use. We also try to make sure that the pictures capture the nuances of an older building - smaller kitchen etc... If you saw anything we could have done to make things more clear - please let me know. Re: the fee for trash etc... You would need to discuss with the management company. I don't know the specifics of your situation and didn't hear anything from you during your stay so it's somewhat news to me. I know they are very explicit in the agreement but I would suggest discussing further with them as they are not ones to try and nickle and dime people for small details. Please reach out if you want to discuss and I can also talk to them to get the details. Best, Tom
