Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting with Beach Habitats 30A. The process is super easy and smooth and they are quick to respond with any questions or answers. We had a small mishap with the all our bedding when we arrived but they were on top of it as soon as we called them and and a crew to the house within 30 minutes. The home was beautiful and the golf cart and the location is the best part of this home!

Best family vacation house in Watercolor!

This house fit our family of 5 perfectly! First of all, the location could not have been better...literally across the street from Camp Watercolor which also meant that we could park the golf cart at the house and not pay 25 to park. The house has the master and kids room on the lower level right when you walk in which was fantastic. The third bedroom (also a King with private full bath) is on the main level (upstairs) along with the living room and kitchen. All rooms had very nice mattresses (something I am very picky about) and had plenty of storage (closets, drawers, etc.) The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials along with a gas grill on the upstairs patio which made it super easy to access. All in all, this house was PERFECT! I honestly cannot think of one thing I would change...and we have stayed in a lot of houses in Watercolor!
