Entryway: hallway door opens to an entryway with doors leading to three separate lock-off units for maximal privacy including a primary bedroom suite, an adjoining king room, and a delightfully appointed queen room.

Primary suite bedroom: spacious retreat with lake views, a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, and whirlpool spa. Connects to fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace and private balcony.

Adjoining king room: generous space with lake views, dedicated workspace perfect for digital nomads, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, and whirlpool spa. Has a mini-fridge and an in-room Nespresso coffee maker.

Queen-over-queen bunk bed room: arcade game table, ensuite bathroom, mini-fridge and an in-room Nespresso coffee maker.

Additional sleeping: top-of-the-line Room&Board king-size American Leather sleeper sofa with bedding provided for maximum comfort during your stay.

Living room: professionally decorated with ample seating, fireplace, TV, puzzles/books/games, balcony with unparalleled lake views, outdoor dining, and an electric grill.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishware, flatware, toaster, wine glasses, Nespresso machine as well as drip coffee maker.

Amenities: community indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub with lake views, sauna, fitness center, coin laundry, ice machine, beach bonfire, playground, and beach access. Community parking lot with 220v EV charger available w/fee. Pack 'n play and baby seat w/tray provided. Our guests are welcome to use the nearby Superior Shores resort's outdoor pool for a fee.

The condo is one level with accessible parking and zero step entry.

The penthouse sits directly on the beginning of the Gitchi-Gami State Trail. When complete, this 86-mile paved trail will run along the North Shore of Lake Superior, connecting Two Harbors to Grand Marais and offering access to multiple historic sites and five majestic state parks.
