The space

This is a newly renovated building just ONE BLOCK from the beach! Instead of sloppy and careless construction, you will find thoughtful upgrades throughout.

This is Unit #3 -- top floor for maximum privacy and includes a front deck.

Reinvigorate in our marble rain head bathroom, lounge on our full size sofa, stream your favorite services on the flat screen tv...

The kitchen is scandanvian minimalist - industrial sink, butcher block kitchen cart, and induction burner cook tops.

It is fully furnished ready for a cozy meal at home before you go out to explore the nearby casinos and nightlife -- it offers a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, and everything you need to whip up a tasty meal during your stay. Coffee and tea included!

The space is perfect for a couple looking to escape to the beach. It offers a cozy and stylish living room with modern décor and TV with streaming service.

The full bathroom features a full closet for your luggage and outfits, as well as a full bathroom.

The bedroom features a queen bed and cozy linens with If you don't enjoy living out of suitcase, feel free to use the closet to unpack and make yourself at home!

If you're working away from home - no worries! The apartment has fast wifi for all your zoom call needs.
Guest access
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself! If you need even more space, you can now reserve the entire building - all three units - just for you!

There is a public parking lot just down the street between this apartment and the beach! They usually charge $5-$20 per day depending on the day and the season. Make sure you ask the parking attendant about rates for parking overnight.

Because we are so close to the beach, there are plenty of public parking lots in the blocks surrounding the property.

If you're traveling to Atlantic City by bus, it is about a 15 minute walk to the apartment from the Atlantic City Greyhound Bus Terminal. There is also Uber and Lyft in the area.

Thanks for your interest in my place - I appreciate you stopping by! Our place house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy the beach!

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs.
