This charming Seascape Villa is close to the beach and conveniently located in West Beach Village with close proximity to golf, restaurants, and easy access to bike paths. The fully equipped kitchen offers an eat-at island for three. Cozy living space features a comfortable sofa and club chair, and a smart TV for streaming your favorites when it’s time to relax (no cable TV). A spacious sunroom adds another comfortable living space, offering a well-loved leather recliner, and the futon is perfect for reading a favorite novel or an afternoon nap. Step just outside and enjoy a close-up view of the lovely tropical vegetation that makes Kiawah special. This villa is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a small family.

This was the most beautiful and located just 1 minute from the beach and very close to the Players Club. I will definitely be staying here again.

So many times listings state “minutes from beach” but then you get there and find that not to be the case. This villa however was accurate. We could see the entrance to the beach from the enclosed sunroom. The bed was very comfortable, which is a must for my husband and me. Very pet-friendly in that there was no carpeting. Accidents are rare, but it never fails that on vacation, accidents occur.

rooms were clean but sheet had big stain on it. Pet area good.a few issues, garbage disposal button was out and in bottom of cabinet. No TP dispenser in bathroom. Minor issues but brought to your attention. Would stay again very short walk to beach.

Glorious

We needed a quiet, peaceful, beach getaway. This could not have been more perfect! The villa was very comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and just unwind. At 6am a few deer passed through the wooded area as we watched from the enclosed porch of the villa, and at 10am we walked just a few short steps to the beach to set up for the day. The beach is wide and the ocean was great for swimming all week. We loved the family oriented environment of Kiawah, and all of the architecture blends in with nature. We had a wonderful time!

Easy Breezy!

Great location less than 2 minute walk from the villa. Bike delivery service was the way to go - these beaches are incredible for biking, walking, swimming, napping, etc. This 1/1 villa was just enough for 2 of us - king bed and what seems to be newly renovated bathroom and floors throughout. Gave cleanliness a 4star only because I think the furniture in living room and closed in porch could use a slight refresh. Comfortable and clean - a few pieces just have stains and seem to be out of place(in porch). Property management comms were spot on. Recommend this little villa! Everything was easy breezy!

Not our 1st visit to Kiawah/Seabrook.Coming for 10 years. Always torn because Kiawah Villas are lush and have the closest and best beach but Seabrook has the horses and Pelican's Nest beach bar. We just keep renting because we can't decide where to land. This unit is very clean and well stocked for a weekend with cute furnishings, comfy king bed, good towels, flex space w/enclosed deck worked for our son to sleep. These are normally screened. Great comm, informative, accommodating, clean, dog friendly. Unit very close to beach-about 1-2 min cool shady walk to boardwalk 7 which has no steps, easily accessible with a beach wagon all the way out to the sand. Perfect for our older dog. Always rent bikes with baskets! We rode a shaded leisurely 4 mile round trip to The Nest Pantry for some coffee & muffins on the wrap around porch. Excellent bottled wine/beer selection in there, nice looking desserts, t-shirts, beach gear etc. We always enjoy Freshfields groc store, gas station morning biscuits, Co-op for quick healthy sandwiches & Cantina 76 for unique tacos.Both dog patios. There is an outdoor farmers market on the right hand side leaving Kiawah's property about 2 miles down the road at the entrance of the River club that has fresh produce, local shrimp, gumbo, dips &goodies. A few miles more and make a right, then left into the Tattooed Moose for the great hot duck sandwich, Ruben, burger, cold beer, dog friendly covered patio. Those both great on a rainy day! Rental is a hit!
