Humans are good and kindness is never wasted. Personally, I love having company over and enjoy entertaining family and friends. In my professional life, I have arranged and hosted special events for my place of employment.
Like many folks around here, I was not born in Texas. What is the saying? "I came here as quickly as I could". Copperas Cove feels like home; and, it is exciting to fit in like a local when I see pictures of old buildings from the beginning days of this town and know exactly where these buildings are.

Copperas Cove feels like home; and, it is exciting to fit in like a local when I see pictures of old buildings from the beginning days of this town and know exactly where these buildings are.
Why they chose this property
Texas is a great State. The weather is almost always good with friendly people, plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures most of the time. The mature trees cast much-desired shade. My neighborhood is established, quiet and safe. Neighbors here look out for one another. Best of all, Copperas Cove prides itself to be surrounded by five hills; which results in most weather systems to move around the town.
What makes this property unique
Mi Nidito is centrally located to downtown, the bypass connecting to the Interstate. City Park is walking distance and has much to offer to people of all ages.
