Heating and cooling is done through an energy efficient mini split AC/heating system, allowing for individual temperature controls in 3 different zones (the 2 bedrooms and living room). Bathrooms are tiled throughout with new vanities, shower heads, sink faucets.
Can be fully furnished or unfurnished.
Furnishings can include towels, linens, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware.
