Nestled on the 3rd floor in a century-old building, where old world charm meets modern comfort and luxury, this sophisticated, airy apartment features high ceilings and large windows, warm tones of natural oak, wooden furniture and joinery, creating pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Comfortable fully equipped space with area of almost 100 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen size double bed and one king size bed that can convert into two twin beds – on request before arrival) + 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), 2 balconies, kitchen, living and dining room.

This unique place is a perfect spot for exploring rich history heritage in Dalmatia.

Ana is a most gracious host. She greeted us at the property to give us a tour and show us all the amenities, She left us a bowl of fruit, wine and sweets as a welcome gift. The property is a short 5 minute walk to old town. I highly recommend this property if you visit Split.

We highly recommend this property! The location is perfectly located for visiting old town and other areas of Split with nearby places for groceries, great bakeries, coffee and restaurants. It is quiet, clean and comfortable for two couples with everything necessary for our stay. The owner is very engaged and helpful and went above and beyond making our stay memorable.

My sister and I stayed at Ana’s apartment for 10 days in August, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ve been fortunate to stay in many beautiful apartments in different countries over the years, but Ana’s accommodation outshone them all.The apartment is decorated to the highest standard — spotless, spacious, and very stylish — while also being equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Ana is an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, and attentive. Despite our late evening arrival, she greeted us with a thoughtful welcome pack of water, juice, cheese, ham, bread, and jam, which was such a kind and much-appreciated gesture.Communication with Ana was excellent throughout the booking process, and during our stay she gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit. Oh...My...God!!! Not only was this place in a perfect location, but it was also a high-end apartment, impeccably decorated and very comfortable. And I haven't even started on the star of the show: our hostess Anna. She met us at the property with drinks and snacks, gave us a map of the local area, and told us her personal recommendations for what to see and do. Honestly, if the place was a shack I'd come again just for her. Anna's friendly communication made this great trip into a perfect one. Anna, if you're reading this, please buy a property in every country of the world so that we can always be in your hands.
