Dock your boat behind the house and enjoy open water view. Located in Cudjoe Key, this newly renovated house offers 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, full bed, and twin bed. The property also features 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. In addition, there is an extra living space with a cozy murphy bed. Our home is perfect for your family get away or a couples retreat. Home comes with 2 kayaks and 2 bikes. The gated community offers pool, beach area, hot tub, pickle ball, playground area, basketball and a recreation room.
THERE IS A $125 RESORT FEE DUE AT THE GATE UPON ENTRY.

Great place. Clean and accurate description. Kitchen was well stocked if you like to prepare meals. Bikes available, which was fun to get around the neighborhood. Host was very responsive. We did not encounter any issues. Would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend.

This home was everything we could ever hope for. The home was beautifully redone recently and had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely responsive and super friendly. I loved the amenities they provided. Enough toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, AND even coffee pods! Both bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body was dispensers. Plenty of towels, and my kids really enjoyed the game cabinet! Plenty of dishes as well. This home made me feel comfortable our whole stay. Not a single bug seen which is really important to us too. This is such a gem, the location is superb, especially if you bring a boat. Plenty of space for it too. I can’t say enough good things about this home. It was perfect in every way. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This place was amazingly clean! And plenty of paper towels, toilet, clothes and dish detergent! Quality cookware, pkenty of dishes, etc.The hostess does not skimp on anything! The decor is nice and beachy.The hostess was always quick to respond and with great recommendations. I felt I really got my money's worth.
