About this space
Waterfront! Bring your boat take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Launch your boat and go for a ride on the ICW from our private boat launch. Enjoy sunning on the dock or sit by the water in the shade on the covered dock. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your covered porch. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The space
Your rental unit is on the upper level of our 2 story duplex. You will have the space to yourself and your own entrance (must climb a flight of stairs). Owners use the lower level of the duplex which is separate and has its own entrance as their vacation home and will be on the premises occasionally. Upper unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dinning area, laundry and covered porch. The kitchen is well stocked and comes equipped with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Available for your use are a boat launch, covered and uncovered dock and yard area. The home is located only 0.5 mile from a public beach access in beautiful Surf City.
Other things to note
There is space for 4-6 cars to park depending on if you bring a boat. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Late checkouts affect the cleaning schedule and are not allowed. Late checkout (after 11:00 am)will be assessed $30 for every hour after 11:00 am.
