Welcome to Our House!
We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1 - RESERVATION
Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation. A charge of $150 per night per additional guest not listed in the original reservation will apply. We verify this through our outdoor surveillance security system.
2 - NO NOISE
Loud noise is not permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and contact authorities in the case of an unauthorized party. Any city fines incurred will be your responsibility, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3 - SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including all smokable substitutes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $350 fee will apply for smoking inside. Please ensure the door remains closed while smoking outside.
4 - PARKING
A maximum of five cars is allowed. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Parking on neighbors' property is strictly prohibited and will result in towing at the guest's expense. If additional parking is needed, nearby public garages are available.
5 - NEIGHBORS
Please do not disturb neighbors for any reason. Our team is available via message or phone to assist you directly.
6 - VISITORS
Guests must inform the host of any visitors. Guests must be present during visits unless the visitor is added as a registered guest. Visitors staying longer than three hours will be considered overnight guests, and a $150 per night fee will apply. Visitors may not park on the property. See Rule 4 for parking policy.
7 - BATHROOMS
Only use the septic-safe toilet paper provided. Do not flush tissues, paper towels, wipes (even if labeled flushable), feminine products, or foreign objects. Guests are responsible for plumbing costs due to misuse. A minimum $475 fee will apply for clogs. All bathrooms are inspected before and after your stay.
8 - PROPER ATTIRE
Please wear appropriate clothing (T-shirt and shorts minimum) while outside. This is a family-oriented neighborhood.
9 - GARBAGE
Garbage containers are located in front of the house. Use the black bin for trash and the blue bin for recycling.
Do not leave garbage bags outside the bins. A $150 fee will apply for violations and may also result in city fines. Surveillance is used to verify compliance.
Garbage Schedule:
Trash: Tuesdays and Fridays (place bins outside Monday and Thursday nights)
Recycling: Every other Tuesday. Next collection: May 27, 2025
10 - CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs unless the day before or after is included in your reservation. Cleaners are scheduled for 10:15 AM.
11 - LINEN
Do not use white linen or towels to clean makeup, shoes, or dust. Use the iron only on the designated ironing board, not on the beds.
12 - LONG TERM STAYS
We provide courtesy toiletries for the first 2–3 days. Guests must replenish supplies for longer stays.
13 - CLEANING
The cleaning fee covers post-checkout cleaning only. Guests may hire their own cleaning service for additional cleanings.
14 - EXTRA CLEANING
A $350 per day fee will apply if the house is left in a condition that delays check-in for future guests. This includes but is not limited to vomit, feces, urine, food messes, stains, or damage. This is separate from the regular cleaning fee.
15 - LAUNDRY
Laundry availability may vary depending on the property type. Please inquire.
16 - LUGGAGE STORAGE
Not available.
17 - FURNITURE
Do not rearrange furniture. Indoor furniture must remain indoors.
18 - WIFI
Wi-Fi information is provided in the amenities section.
19 - TV
Tubi and Pluto TV are pre-installed. You may also install and log into your own streaming apps.
20 - GATE
The gate must remain closed at all times.
21 - LOST & FOUND
We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
22 - MAIL & ADDRESS
We do not accept mail or packages. Do not use this address for banking, subscriptions, or deliveries. Items will be returned.
23 - GENERAL
If you break or lose something, you must pay to replace it. This includes linens, towels, cookware, furniture, etc. Charges will be communicated through the platform after checkout.
Violation of any house rules may result in cancellation of your reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these rules.
