The host sent me a message on Feb.7 saying that we couldn’t stay at her property that we booked for Feb.14. She told me I needed to request a cancellation to get my money back!! It was past the time I was allowed to do that. I was on a cruise and didn’t get the message until I got back to Mobile on Feb.14. Everything was booked because of Mardi Gras. We had to drive 4 hours back home because we couldn’t find another place to stay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
