Perfect peaceful cabin along a fantastic stretch of river! Comfortable, clean and well taken care of. We spent a day wading through the river with a bonfire going on the shore and 2 nearby neighbor dogs came to say hello! If you're looking for a secluded getaway to spend time with your loved ones, this is it!

My group loved this cabin! It's at the end of a winding, gravel road, so the place feels like your own private section of the New River. Everything was clean, and the cabin was well-stocked with supplies. There's a large Family Dollar about 10-15 minutes and a Walmart closer to 25 minutes from the cabin in case you forget something.

Overall, an excellent stay! The host was quick to respond at all times. The cabin was clean and very much as described. The river is beautiful and the hot tub is always a nice addition. I would recommend staying at this property. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.

What a lovely place! Quiet, secluded, with the river softly rippling by. Erica was quick to respond to any questions, and when we encountered a small problem she was there to fix it the next day. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with cooking staples. So many places to hang out, inside and outside, with nicely done seasonal decor. Beds were cozy and all had bedside tables and reading lamps on both sides! (A big plus for us, and not always the case.) We saw deer at dusk daily, lots of birds including an osprey, and enjoyed the horses next door. The hot tub was icing on the cake! And so many nearby adventures that we didn't have time for. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Lansing, NC. Check-in was easy, and the hosts were very helpful. The place was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Hot tub was definetly relaxing. If you are looking for a laid-back and beautiful spot in the mountains, this is a great place to visit. We hope to return again soon! Highly Recommended!

Sorry not a good trip. one of my friends was getting sick and she pretty much was in bed the whole trip but that was okay because we couldn’t go out anyway. We sat inside all day and watched it RAIN. I have never seen it rain that much.

Well appointed and peaceful cabin is perfectly located with great views and access to the New River. The cabin is simple and needs better bathroom lighting but overall a nice stay and the hot tub is a nice bonus.
