Located in South Yarmouth. Relax and enjoy in this 4-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home. With 3 queen beds, a set of bunk beds, and two very comfy, twin sized daybeds, there is plenty of room for 10. A cozy 3-season sleeping porch leads to the pool and patio area. *New for 2026 A Large Outdoor Shower.* Whether you to choose to sun on our oversized patio or swim in the private, heated pool, you'll be staying at your own private resort. Super fast wifi and two work spaces allow those who need to work or study a quiet space to do so. Take your beach chair and a book on a short walk to Smuggler's Beach or if your feeling adventurous, just walk across the street to a small beach on the Bass River and head out on one of our kayaks or SUPs. No need to drive somewhere and rent one. We're happy to assist with any questions before or during your stay at our house. **Please Note: Guests must pay a $ 300 Cleaning Fee, a refundable $500 Security Deposit, and Sign a Lease Agreement.** 7 Night minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Please make sure all windows are closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A great place to enjoy the Cape. Pool is fabulous. Owner lives behind the property which was great for answering questions while our privacy was respected throughout. One thing to note, there were no closets to hang clothes, just draws.We’d definitely return.
