The host, Kody, was very welcoming and helpful. Communication was prompt. The loft was exactly as described. With the winter weather and our schedule, we did not get to enjoy the rooftop area that was available. It did take us a day or so to figure out the powered window blind in the main room. The loft is located in the heart of the downtown area where arts and theater are the focus. Unfortunately for us most of these were closed for the holidays. It is a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Property was great. Check in instructions not very specific. Getting in after dark a little confusing could have used a few more pods for keurig. But would stay here again.

Hi Patsy! We appreciate the feedback! Regarding communication, we feel that because you didn’t actually stay at the property and booked for your family that it created a bit of check in confusion. I did provide a backup code that did work for the gate. Moving forward it may be better to only book with guest that stay at the property to prevent any additional confusion! We hope you give us another shot!
