Indulge in the comfort of our thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Each room features a queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights for every family member. Plus, one of the bedrooms offers two twin beds, perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. In the inviting living room, an L-shaped couch provides cozy seating for bonding over movies and conversations. For remote work or study, a dedicated desk awaits you in the living room, creating a convenient space for productivity.

House Rules:

Please note house rules listed here before booking. Confirmation of booking signifies that you agree to the rules and fees stated below.

- While we kindly welcome small gatherings, we do not allow guests to host parties or events.

- Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home due to allergies and for future guests. A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay.

- No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am).

- Parking should not exceed 4 cars total in the driveway and on the street.

- We welcome pets with prior approval at a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Unauthorized or undisclosed pets will incur a $250 fee per pet.

- We live in family friendly neighborhood—any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine.

Security Deposit Notice:
By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to a $300 security deposit for potential damages. This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage is found upon inspection. In the event of damage, all or part of the deposit may be withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.

Note:
By booking this property, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay. If access to the interior of the home is required, you will receive prior notice and are expected to grant access to our vendors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
