It was clean and comfortable. I was in town for a tradeshow with my wife and pets. There was plenty of room for us and the wifi was good and the small grassy area near the unit was great for letting our dogs out.

The area this rental is located in is unsafe and we didn't feel comfortable staying. Upon arrival I almost immediately fell into the deepest pothole I've ever seen. This is a basement that is not appropriately set up for people to live in (no egress windows, etc), is clearly currently being renovated. There was no thermostat for climate control and barely any blankets, beds were uncomfortable. We had to squeeze past a stoop and halfway climb over it just to get to the side walkway to reach the door and then it took 10 mins to get the door open with the different lockboxes; and there was a drive by shooting 2 miles away. There was also a lot of noise coming from upstairs throughout the night which kept us up. We only stayed for one night and it was not a comfortable one--we ended up paying to stay elsewhere.
