Turn off AC/fans and all lights. Clear all unused outlets, such as kitchen appliances. Close and lock all windows. Also clean all used dishes and leave them drying.
Wash used dishes and leave them on the drying rack.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hammock use: 210lbs MAX. One person at a time. Only hook the top hooks. Use at your own risk and cautiously.
Storage: Please do not touch the kitchen cabinets with locks on them, blue ottoman in the living room, or top two shelves of bedroom wardrobe.
Keys: Please leave emergency keys in the lockbox at the building entrance. Only KEY FOB and PIN for entry. ALWAYS keep bottom door handle unlocked.

I’ve rented before while living in both Harlem and Brooklyn NYC, and those experiences have truly shaped my approach to hosting. I decided to purchase my condo in Jersey City because it offers the ideal balance between a community feel and proximity to New York City. It’s just a short train ride away from the city’s energy, but with the tranquility of a neighborhood that feels like home.
I enjoy being close to a large park for nature walks or reading under the trees. On weekends, I take the train down to the Jersey Shore since I sold my car. I’m even happy to offer my electric bike to tenants. It’s a fun and efficient way to explore Jersey City, which is incredibly bike-friendly!
