Situated on top of Punta Ballena Peninsula, overlooking the Portezuelo Bay. Fully equipped and decorated property. It's owners second residence, so it's well maintained. Total area 130 sq.m . Accomodates 5/6 people in three bedrooms. Ample dining and living room, terrace and back garden. Two bathrooms + toilet. Fully equipped and separate kitchen. Grill (parrillero) of ample dimensions. A/C in main room, ceiling fans in all rooms. Fire place, salamander and calefactor provide adequate heating in winter time.
