Great location, the apartment was very clean and well presented with everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly and very helpful. The pool was fantastic addition to cool off after a warm day sightseeing convenient laundry room.

I had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. The space was very spacious, spotless, and well maintained, making it feel comfortable and inviting right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, which made cooking so convenient. The owner was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, roomy, and well-cared-for place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:Great location- easy communication with host. Short drive to Griffith Observatory, Universal Studios, and Tesla Diner. Garage parking was a plus. Cons: Laundry was not in unit. Shared laundry should be noted on description. No, real bathroom supplies- be sure to pack all your shower necessities. Pool was not heated- should be noted in description, however view was amazing!Overall, worth checking out for location.

We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend paying for the parking because parking is not easy to find. This location is perfect to get to everything you would want to do. Very spacious apartment with lots of closet space. I would rent again. The pool was nice to see everything and the laundry was quite easy to use. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

This 2 bedroom apartment was in a great location for our trip to Universal Studios. We traveled with 3 children and the accommodations were excellent. The apartment was clean, communication for checking in was easy and done well. The apartment was clean & had a great layout. Big bedrooms! Great common areas. Negatives: It could use a little TLC with the balcony screen door, blinds, paint on scuff marks & TP holders. Overall, we had a great stay!Tips:Bring an eye mask for sleeping if you’re sensitive to light. Vertical blinds leak a lot if the city lights in. Purchase garage parking as street parking is difficult to find. Remember, it’s right in the heart of Hollywood so it can be noisy! We had a sound machine and kept windows closed at night.

I will start with what’s great about this place. The location was really ideal! 5 minutes to Universal Studios, 40 minutes (city driving) to LAX, 30 minutes (city driving) to Venice Beach. We didn’t go outside the building at night but overall seemed safe in a secure building. The bed was pretty comfortable and the living room TV had a lot of channels and apps. Be aware that they will not give you check in instructions until you are literally 5 minutes away, which stressed me out but they did get it to us in time. Towel racks and T.P. Holders were all broken so you can’t hang your towel anywhere. They only gave us 4 towels and 4 washcloths for a family of 4! Carpet was very dirty and stained, they lock up all cleaning supplies, paper towels and trash bags which was a big headache and crazy because I would have cleaned every day. No TV in second bedroom. Overall a bit run down and seemed like they put no thought in to what people need for a week’s stay. I did offer them feedback instead of a negative review and he just sent me a message saying HE WOULD PAY ME 40 FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW!?! So be aware of the reviews! Mine is as honest as I could be, I got duped by someone else’s lack of integrity.
