This is more than just a mountain home, it`s a private lodge experience. Whether you`re gathering for a holiday, celebrating a milestone, or simply escaping to the Rockies with friends, Christie Heights Lodge offers expansive spaces for connection, relaxation, and recreation. From the moment you arrive, you`ll be surrounded by forested tranquility, yet remain just minutes from the town`s vibrant energy.

Just steps from the free shuttle and adjacent to the Breckenridge Nordic Center, the home offers easy access to world-class skiing, downtown dining, and scenic hiking trails, all while tucked into the tranquil pines of Peak 8.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near open windows and doors.

No Pets: We love animals, but this property is STRICTLY PET-FREE to maintain luxury standards and accommodate guests with allergies.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighborhood regulations.

No Parties or Events: This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation and fines.

Maximum Occupancy: 16 Guests – No additional overnight guests permitted.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.

Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub. Please cover when not in use.

Parking Limit: Maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed per local ordinance—violators may be towed.

Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

Respect the Property: Please treat the home and furnishings with care. To help maintain cleanliness and preserve hardwood floors, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entry.

A very well kept home that has a great layout to be comfortable for larger groups/families. Very close to a free shuttle stop or a longish walk to town.The one negative I would note is that the rear of the home does face a very busy street, so there is a lot of traffic noise. You probably would not notice it much in the winter but it is not ideal for the summer when you want windows open/more deck time. Also, the one night we went to use the hot tub it was set to 93 (an easy oversight in prepping the home for a rental), so we did not end up getting a chance to enjoy it.

We had an incredible stay at Christie Heights Lodge in Breckenridge. This home is perfect for large groups; spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to accommodate everyone comfortably without ever feeling crowded.The location was ideal, with easy access to skiing, town, and everything Breckenridge has to offer. After long days on the mountain, returning to such a well-appointed, cozy space made the experience even better.What really set this stay apart was the level of service. We arranged mid-stay cleaning, private chefs, and several concierge services through Slope Side Getaways, and everything was seamless. The team was responsive, professional, and made coordinating a large group completely stress-free.The kitchen and common areas were perfect for gathering, and the bedrooms offered plenty of privacy. Every detail felt intentional, from the layout to the amenities, making it ideal for group travel, family trips, or special occasions.If you're looking for a luxury Breckenridge rental that can comfortably host a larger group while still offering a high-end, personalized experience, Christie Heights Lodge is an easy choice. We would absolutely stay here again!!
