Everything was exactly like it showed

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is the mattress needs updating because it is hard, but other then that everything was amazing! Great location!!

This condo was very clean and has a fantastic view of the gulf. Management requires quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am! Great for relaxation and family time!

Clean but dated.

On the plus side: Orange Beach has lots to do. The view was awesome. It was great to see dolphins from our balcony! The mattress was comfortable. For the most part the unit was very clean. The sheets felt like old school hospital sheets feeling super clean, but sacrificed some softness—in these times I’ll take clean! Fairly good assortment of kitchen tools. Negatives: Management was not very customer service oriented. For all of the extra cleaning precautions they take, I was surprised that the dishes policy leaves it to the guest before you to clean and put away all of the dishes! People have a range of standards for “clean “ which in our case resulted in dried egg stuck to the edge of the skillet. They provide 1 dishwasher tab and no liquid dish soap. We loaded as many dishes as possible into the dishwasher to run before we used any of them. The skillet I washed by hand changed color when I finished it Desk not very friendly, nor helpful. I contacted through VRBO message for a clogged tub drain and received a message referring me to talk to the desk. Reported at 8:30, called again at 3 was told they would be right up...actually came at 4:30. The elevator situation is a bit annoying. I had to let 1-2 go by due to being full on a crew occasions. 90% of people were not following the mask policy, which was not enforced nor supported by having masks available.

Lack of basics

This particular condo was severely lacking basic cooking utensils, nor did it have salt or peppe, liquid dish soap and dishwasher soap!!. Only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and 2 trash bags. For such an expensive stay, I was quite disappointed in the lack of basics!
