Communication was excellent! The home is in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. It is super cute with a well-stocked kitchen. The screened in patio is a great place to relax (weather dependent). I would definitely recommend it!

This home was beautiful and perfect for our family's weekend trip to Chattanooga. The home was clean, and the kitchen was so well stocked. Everything I needed to cook dinner was there and more! It was far enough out from Chattanooga to slow down but still close enough to go in for the day and explore. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location and.perfect for my 2 dogs who love to be outside! The fenced yard made the trip a success plus a 10 minute walk around the neighborhood was perfect. The house was clean and well equipped and the host very responsive. I'll book it again!

Super easy check in/out. Probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve rented to date, and that’s saying a lot given they are pet friendly. Large back yard that our 2 big dogs loved. Beds were comfortable, lots of room, quiet neighborhood, and close to all the things you need. Note: this property does not have laundry access, so if you’re staying longer than a couple of days, be aware of that. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, lots of towels. A really great property, we enjoyed being there very much.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described…clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Chattanooga. We especially enjoyed the back deck, fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and quick, which made check-in and the whole process seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Such a cute home! Host answered our requests to unlock/reset our door after my daughter locked us out on NYE, it was between 1:00 & 1:30 am, to me, that’s HUGE! We have everything we needed, probably could have used extra toilet paper. I would come here again!

Owner never sent the access code despite several attempts to contact her on the day of arrival (vrbo inbox and phone calls). We were enroute to our vacation and still no contact from her. After the check in time we had to get vrbo involved. They also couldn't contact her. Luckily we we able to find a replacement rental and get this booking refunded. She finally responded the next day and claimed that she texted a code, but no text was received, and this should be handled in the app anyway, or at least respond to your booked guests in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay at this Verbo home this weekend, celebrating our daughter‘s graduation. The house was exactly what we needed for hosting family and friends, including a dinner party. There were plenty of space for entertaining, including inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve for meals, which made hosting a lot easier. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, which gave us a piece of mind throughout our stay.
