Relax by the River in this modern, peaceful, clean, 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home. The home is situated on more than an acre of quiet, riverside land on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Everything you need for a great getaway! Have a peaceful morning cup of coffee and enjoy watching rafters on the river throughout the day.

Updated with the the most modern and thoughtful amenities throughout, you’ll enjoy central air, a full wrap-around porch with a deck that overlooks the river, free wi-fi, and a fire pit at the river's edge to roast marshmallows and hot dogs, or to just unwind by the fire.

Approximately 4 miles from Mohican Adventures and Mohican State Park, you can enjoy bird watching, canoeing, scenic drives, sight-seeing, wildlife viewing, and so much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and cutlery. Dine at a full-size table with seating for 4.

The living area has a couch, a recliner, a chair and a 44 inch LCD TV with HD DirecTV,

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed, with linens/blankets provided.

The additional bedroom features a queen bed with linens/blankets provided.

1 Full Bathroom with Tub/shower combo. Towels are provided.

A full-size washer and dryer truly make this a home away from home.

Outside Amenities includes Propane Weber grill with propane provided, a picnic table, plastic chairs, 2 fire pits.

Was a very nice stay and would stay again. The inside was very nice and comfortable. Couple things I would have liked to see since we spent most of our time outside. The outside pressure washed, and deck area cleaned up (a leaf blower would have made a difference) and also was disappointing to be right on the river but no access to get in the water. Again, would definitely stay again and owners very easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay, but were frustrated by the extremely iffy wifi. However the place was attractive and well kept and in a beautiful setting. Description of the beds needs to be corrected: there are no twin beds.
