About Drew Moody
Tana is Realtor in Sarasota, FL for Premier Sotheby's International Realty and Drew is an Information Analyst at the Wooster Community Hospital. We have two daughters.
Drew Moody purchased this House in 2007
Why Drew Moody chose Loudonville
Tana purchased this home after the devastating flood of 2006 which ruined the house. With the help of friends and family the home was stripped to the studs and completely remodeled. From 2008 until 2013, Tana operated Tana's Snack Shack, a riverside concession stand serving canoes floating past the property. We lived at this property year round until 2014.
What makes this House unique
This property offers the best that the Mohican/Loudonville area has to offer. Summer on the Mohican River is so much fun during the day and peaceful in evening. Fall and Winter are quiet and beautiful. Winter hikes in Mohican State Park are our favorite. Our location is so close to all the fun with the Mohican River in our back yard and a short drive to Mohican State Park, Mohican Adventures, Tree Frog Canopy Tours, Wolf Creek Grist Mill, downtown Loudonville, Pleasant Hill Dam, The Covered Bridge, and so much more.

Had a great time. House was great and equipped with everything we needed. Game room needs repair.
Would definitely rent again.
A group of friends and I took a weekend getaway here, and we loved the place. Plenty of space, everything from kitchen appliances to linens was well-stocked, comfortable couches and beds, kitchen was spacious, everything was clean, and the location was great (rural, river access, Mohican State Park super close). Plus there were cool bonuses like a large and diverse DVD collection, a garage with foosball and pool, and a fire pit down by the river. And the host was easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend!
Winter Weekend getaway
Enjoyable weekend. Great location.
Centrally-located for Loudenvlle activities
The kitchen was generously equipped with supplies; also linens; and movies to watch. We enjoyed the private location yet so close to the river. Suggest that mattresses should be replaced soon in the two smaller bedrooms.
4 days in Loudonville
I will look into booking this for next year. The State Park is close by and stores for the things you always forget area bike ride way. The really nice thing about this is that for us we are about 1 1/2 hours from home yet we are far enough way that we feel like we are in the middle of no where. The house was very clean, pet friendly, and fully equipped. It wanted for nothing except the groceries the renters are to bring themselves. The river was clear and going at what I consider a good pace ( 4-5 mph ) We tried fishing there but that is why it is called fishing and not catching. We hope to visit again next year. We hope we left it as clean as it was when we walked in the door following your instructions.
