Your cozy getaway at this tremendous house located just 3.8 miles from Loudonville and the Mohican State Park. We are less than 5 minutes from canoe liveries, the Mohican River, Spellacy Covered Bridge and all the fun this area offers!

The house has a huge front porch overlooking a lush valley and it is incredibly quiet and secluded. There are 2 outdoor firepits, one propane and one firewood pit located in the side yard. There is a full basement with a huge entertainment room with big screen TV, pool table and areas for the kids to play! With four bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. Three FULL bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, and the home stays comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet evening or a lively morning, this tranquil retreat offers the perfect setting. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use either of the outdoor firepits, Please turn off the propane at the tank and/or make sure the fire is out in the stone firepit before you leave.
Do not make the beds you use, please leave all unused beds made.
Please bag all trash and place in the trash bins outside the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a low flow well. Normal water usage is fine, but please do not take long showers or use excessive amounts of water.
No parties of any kind. Only guest counts that meet the guest count at booking are allowed at the property.
Please do not shut off the thermostat when you leave.

Very quiet and peaceful. Almost no cars pass through this road. Driveway made me a little nervous but managed it fine..Porch was amazing. So relaxing. Basement was fantastic. Pool table was so nice to have . Little things could be needed. Limited pots and cooking supplies, but kitchen was nice with newer appliances.(Dishwasher was out of order during our stay, but not a huge issue for me.) It was a very spacious house. Property was beautiful and very secluded but really about 4 to 5 miles most things like mohican adventure and state park.enjoyed this house very much.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is perfectly located for all the activities near Mohican. We had great directions to access the house. There is everything you'll need for a stay whether you're a family or a couple or friends. The beds were super comfy. We'd definitely book this house again. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean and well equipped. It was quiet and felt remote but was only 7 minutes from all the activities we were there for! We spent the days on Wally Rd or the river, and evenings hanging out on one/both of the decks. Perfect amount of bedrooms and comfy spaces to sleep for 3 adults and 5 teens (the 3 boys took over the basement lol) and we're talking about maybe booking again for next summer! Finding a perfect spot isn't easy and why look more when we've found one?! It was the perfect weekend with Father's Day and a dad's birthday The weather was even awesome! Thank you for the prompt responses and great communication! The extra instructions were a perfect description We found it with zero problems! Thank you again for a memorable weekend!
