mold & water issues

Layout of Condo and beach amenities were fine but unit had mold spots throughout on ceiling and moisture buildup on floors. Brett Robinson was very responsive in finding a different condo for us and offering a credit for the difference. A lot of trouble and disappointment but the new condo at Phoenix East was MUCH nicer and cleaner! This unit is WAY overpriced for how old and dirty it is.
