Great location, great vacation

We just needed some quiet time away and this fit the bill. It had easy access to the beach and town and plenty of amenities along with the room. We highly recommend Phoenix VII.

Very nice condo with amazing views, pools, and beach!

We had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was very nice and equipped with everything we needed and more. The balcony overlooks the pool and had amazing views of the beach. The property was very clean along with an extremely helpful staff. The racquetball court was definitely a bonus! The location was perfect for running to the grocery store or finding a great restaurant within a minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was nice clean, although signs of wear.

Dryer was Taking way too long to dry load of clothes. Need blackout curtains or better shade in bedroom…too much light from outside hall. Need more kitchen towels than one. Need pot holders or hot pads in kitchen

Almost Worth It...just a few issues.

The room was terrific. The kitchen needs more dishwasher detergent. Especially for a week-long stay. The Kitchen sink nozzle needs to be repaired as it does not return to it's designed position. The neighbors (7415) next to us were on the front balcony SMOKING POT, which caused our room to smell bad for a day. But the most annoying part of the entire building was those ELEVATORS. They take FOREVER to reach the floor we were on, regardless of the floor we were on. We tried to take the steps but they smelled like URINE. So, no help there. The final verdict is: 80% worth-it. If this place had a restaurant, a bar, and a few more handicap parking spots, it would be perfect. May stay there again and may not. Depending on availability and price.

orange beach 2024

Property was generally excellent. I wish I had thought to check about the distance from the elevator to the condo unit. It was a very long walk. One other problem was that having all the elevators in one tower and all controlled by any call button made it hard to know where to stand while waiting for an elevator. The signal that doors were opening was not very loud and we sometimes couldn't tell it was there in time to walk across the room to get in the elevator. Not sure what solution is possible, unless the doors could stay open maybe 15-30 seconds longer. Handicapped parking was very convenient and we never had trouble finding a space. Might be a problem later in the season. Being required to run the dishwasher in time to unload clean dishes and put them in their appropriate places before a 10 o'clock checkout was unexpected and a little awkward. In other locations we've rented, the only requirement about dishes was to load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. As a little tradeoff, we weren't required to strip beds! Great refrigerator and freezer space, and the oven worked just fine for my cheese toast. Lights under the kitchen cabinets were a nice touch. Both indoor and outdoor pools were nice, but the water temperature was not quite warm enough for my taste. Hot tub was nice. Did not take advantage of all the sport and exercise options available.

Overall nice stay

The only issue was delayed check-in. Considering 5:00 pm is already a late check-in time it was not a good start that the cleaning was not complete until approximately 5:45. To resolve the issue we were offered a partial credit from the cleaning fee without having to ask. So as far as customer service at the property that was very professional. The unit itself was nice. Bed comfortable. Bathroom could be updated.

Wonderful get away!

Our first time at Orange Beach. Condo was great! Enjoyed every aspect of it. Just like the pictures, balcony veiw was great. We will definatly come back and reccommend it to others. Already miss it!
