Going out? We are 15 min to downtown Denver, 10 min from the local’s favorite Olde Town Arvada, and 30 min from Boulder. Staying in? Enjoy a variety of amenities like a brand new hot tub, versatile game room, 2 fully stocked kitchens, a fire pit, & more!

Other things to note
· No pets, no large/excessive parties.
· Maximum 10 guests.
· Smoking prohibited indoors and in the hot tub. Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or marijuana use in restricted areas.
· 24/7 exterior doorbell camera (audio and video) at the front entrance for safety purposes.
· Missing items, excessive damage, or excessive cleaning may incur additional fees.
· Additional hot tub rules apply.

To maintain the property's upkeep, a member of our team may visit once a week for trash collection, hot tub service, or lawn service. They will not enter the home. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay.

No need to take recycling out as cleaners will handle. If you have excess, though, recycling should NOT be bagged when placed in bin (may incur a contamination fee).
