A Cozy Spring Retreat
Welcome to my home! A perfect west side of Denver location to enjoy spring, snow shoeing, mountain skiing and everything else Colorado has to offer! The walk-out basement is ridiculous (host lives upstairs). With a separate lockoff entrace through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, WiFi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the private pool area (pool & hot tub open back up in May), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees for privacy (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Clost to amenities (lake, hiking, restaurants, grocery, watering holes). Have fun!!
