Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Unplug all appliances Heater/Fireplaces are off. Turn all lights off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All outdoor noise must cease at 10pm. Neighbors are strict about being quiet after 10pm. Please shut all outdoor fires TVs and Music off by 10pm.
