Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. The location of this apartment is perfect! The property was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay. Will definitely book this place on the next trip to Savannah.
The condo was perfect for us. Loved the location. Easy walk to all the places we went. The refrigerator sounds like it’s on the way out. Glad it didn’t happen on out watch.Happy Holidays
Great place to stay. Safe (passcode to get in the building and another for condo), clean, conveniently located for easy walk to popular places, easy to communicate with person managing the property, well supplied with necessities, and nice place to people watch. There was even a box fan and noise maker to help us sleep. Parking deck is a block or so away but we could pull the vehicle up closer to the door when needed when we wanted to go somewhere and to load/unload luggage. Free parking for one vehicle in the parking garage. We will be returning for future Savannah trips.
This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway!! The view was great for sitting around watching all of the city life happening!! We hope to be able to stay here again the next time that we visit.
This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. It is loud at night so ear plugs are a must on the weekends if you have trouble with noise but it didn't bother us.
What a great location! The loft had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring Savannah. This is an older building but it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Condo was nicer than pictured. Great location. A bit noisy at times with street traffic on weekend. Alley type kitchen with bar seating. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of serving bowls and storage containers with lids. Very roomy outside of kitchen with nice third floor city view. Would recommend and rent again.
Property was as described and host was a delight to work with! Great location, close to shops, restaurants, the city market and River St. Will be staying here again!

Me and my friends made a trip to savannah and rented out this place. It was perfect everything you could ask for. Very neat and clean and easy check in would definitely come back again!
This is a wonderful place with a fantastic location close to everything you would want to see in Savannah. We enjoyed looking out the windows and people watching. Something to keep in mind for those who are very light sleepers is that the street that the windows overlook is very busy and the building was built in 1860 so you can hear many noises coming from outside.
Very comfortable place well located in the heart of the historic district. Easily accessible, with in and out parking privileges only a block away. Our unit was on the third floor and when we arrived the elevator was not operable making our walk up the stairs with luggage very cumbersome. The management company was very responsive and notified the HOA. Unfortunately it was not fixed within the same day. This resulted in walking up and down a very tall 3rd floor many times, difficult at best for us seniors. Ultimately the elevator was fixed and made for a more pleasurable experience. Lastly the unit was situated above a major street, while well located to many amenities it was loud. Street noise from cars and partiers well into the weekend nights made sleeping more difficult. In spite of these shortcomings I would still recommend the place!!
