Your Anna Maria adventure begins at this charming 3 bedroom townhouse. Located in the Harbour Isle community. Your stay includes full access to clubhouse, three pools (including one just across from your front door), full fitness room, restaurant and Sky Bar. Harbour Isle is located less than 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria.
The unit includes 2 car garage with an elevator and/or stairs to the second floor living space. Inside, you'll find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a cozy sofa bed in the third bedroom/den that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, direct TV with large smart TVs in living room and primary bedroom, washer and dryer in unit and a large gas grill at one of the pools in the community. All 3 bathrooms feature full baths. Rental includes two bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. No need to bring your own.
This is our home and as such it is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Harbour Isle is a gated community of 280 townhomes. The bylaws call for a maximum of 6 guests (no pets) in this 3 bedroom unit. They also require a minimum stay of a 30 days. You will need to fill out a simple application with a $100 fee. The board approval takes up to 1 month. Because of this, you will find Harbour Isle to be quiet, relaxing and uncrowded. It is a perfect compliment to the beautiful beaches and restaurant scene on Anna Maria. All the access to the legendary beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast without the crowds.

Why they chose this property
We really enjoy the proximity to Anna Maria. Very close and yet far enough to enjoy quiet, relaxed environment. We also enjoy the preserves on Perico Island. Especially Robinson preserve. Either biking or hike those trails is both great exercise and beautiful nature preserve.
What makes this property unique
Although there are several condo units in the high rise buildings just south of Harbour Isle, we are unique because we do not get the weekly family rentals typically found in the area. As we stated in the description, this results in a very relaxed, uncrowded community. It is more of a home than a Florida beach condo.
