The lower level features 5 bedrooms with TVs (4 bedrooms have attached baths) and a nice-sized family room with a large-screened TV, sectional seating, foosball and air hockey tables. A kitchenette with a wet bar, microwave and full-sized refrigerator completes this floor. Access to the outdoor area.

The second level features 3 bedrooms with TVs (2 bedrooms have attached baths) and a hall bathroom with a tub. An expansive great room with large screen TV and sectional sofa opens up to the dining room with a large table that seats 14, a small table that seats 4 and 4 countertop bar seats. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, quartz countertop, double oven, range, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, and full-sized refrigerator. Bonus features: An air-conditioned (P-Tech unit) sunroom that overlooks the pool and plenty of outdoor deck space.

The outdoor area is simply AMAZING! There's plenty of fun for the whole family...an in-ground swimming pool, 2 pavilions (one with a ping pong table and one with a bar area), pickleball court, corn hole, volleyball, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower.

Perfect home for our family vacation with ideal and easy access to the very private beach area. We did have to call the number given for problems on arrival as the home was not properly cleaned but the response was immediate and a superficial cleaning was possible before the bulk of our group arrived. The well stocked kitchen with two dishwashers was awesome! Ample dishes, flatware, serving dishes, crockpot, Instapot……made food prep for our family a breeze.

This house was able to accommodate two multi generation families easily. We were able to spread out with the numerous bedrooms and baths. Very comfortable. The short walk to the beach was nice and the sizable pool was a hit. There were numerous games to play and much attention to these activities was evident. The only issue was the light that stayed on overnight and attracted so many bugs its was unpleasant to be outside in the evening. Spent a lot of time with a fly swatter. Other than that we had a very enjoyable time.

This house was amazing! Super easy access to the beach plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside areas were also wonderful. The owner does need to address the outside house lights that cannot be turned off. It was so bright in all of the bedrooms all night long making it difficult to sleep.

The house and the pool area were great. The only problem we had was the EAR PIERCING smoke alarms that kept going off at random. They are hardwired so if one goes off, they all go off, and the constant deafening screech is very upsetting. It took well over 10 min. to shut them all off. Maintenance did come out twice but the electrician didn't come until the last full day so an otherwise peaceful and fun vacation was not as it could have been. Other than that, the house itself was really nice. The living areas had nice furniture with plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. The pool area was really great with lots of seating and shade and it was one house away from the beach so an easy walk. If the smoke alarm issue is fixed, you'll totally enjoy staying here.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for the great review of Ocean Overlook. We appreciate your patience with the Smoke Alarms. All of the alarms are hardwired which is now required in new construction. I can understand why any malfuntion would be annoying. I am glad we were able to take care of the repair.
