Brand New Home on Kure Beach Saltwater Serenade

Welcome to our brand new property on beautiful Kure Beach! We are finishing setting up to turn this new build into an Airbnb. Everything will be ready to go by June 15, 2025. I will upload pictures with the beds and decor as soon as possible!
In the meantime, here is a description of what we are creating:

This home .2 miles to the beach! A quick 4 minute walk.

Up on the top floor is the Master bedroom hosting a King bed, dresser, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and private balcony.

The second room on the top floor hosts a bunkbed with a twin mattress on top and a full mattress on the bottom. A dresser, closet, and a private balcony.

On the second level floor is where the living room, dining area, kitchen and the third bedroom is. The bedroom hosts a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and private balcony.
The living room has a pull out couch with a full bed.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for your stay! A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, a griddle, toaster, silverware, a knife set, utensils, a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, and more!

Downstairs, enjoy a spacious room behind the garage area ideal for family nights or friendly get togethers, while the open-concept main floor provides a bright, breezy space to unwind after a day in the sun.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach adventures and relax in the back yard! The garage will hold two cars and in the driveway you can park two cars as well. No street parking allowed. The property has a fully fenced in privacy yard in the back half of the house.
