This adorable one-story beach cottage has delighted vacationers for many years. Enter from the back patio into this large open living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar. Enjoy the view of Skaket Beach through the wall of sliders from this great room.

Down the hall there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The first bedroom on the right is a single with one twin bed. The second bedroom on the right has two twin beds, and the third bedroom on the left offers a queen bed.

Through the sliders, enter a recently refurbished deck to sit and get lost in the views of the beach during the day or a beautiful sunset at dusk. There is also an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer on the right side of the house.

Additional Fees: $175 Non-refundable Reservation Fee plus State and Local Taxes apply. Pet Fees: $200 Pet Fee, plus a $200 Refundable Pet Security Deposit.

Location: Just 300 feet to the private path to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay. And Nauset Beach on the ocean side is only 5 miles away. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just over a mile away near Orleans center. So convenient to Orleans shops, galleries and restaurants.

Perfect location, nice view, comfortable sleeping.

The house is comfortable and nicely furnished. The deck and florida room is breezy and delightful. The ceiling fans are great-we never used the air conditioners. We wished the grill had been cleaner and felt the cabinets were a little over stuffed and some of the kitchen items needed updating. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.
