Welcome to Cap'n Eri. We love this house because it is like being home. It is an easy walk to the beach and to downtown Harwich Port. We love the quiet neighborhood , private yard and evening fires around the firepit.

Comfortable Cape Cod home with an outdoor patio and a fire pit. Walk to a beautiful beach in 7 minutes – walk to town in 3. (Never get in your car!) The front faces a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for bicycles or just a stroll. Recently updated landscaping for your enjoyment.
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds. On the first floor you will also find a full bathroom with a shower. On the second floor are the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 offers 1 Queen Bed. There is also a full bathroom off the hall with a tub and shower. A/C in Living area and upstairs bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
There is a sunny outdoor shower, 2 grills (charcoal & gas), the fire pit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs – great for roasting some marshmallows. There is a patio table on the brick patio with 6 chairs - perfect for outside dining. Also the owners recently added patio lights to extend the fun into the night hours.
Enjoy a evening stroll around the quiet neighborhood or enjoy an ice cream at Dairy Queen which is also a short walk away.
This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 3. No parking on front lawn anytime (back yard parking is allowed).
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
