West Dennis - Renovated cottage new to the rental inventory for 2020 this 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage is located about 100 yards from the private beach on Nantucket Sound! Open floor plan on first floor is perfect for entertaining. First floor has one bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. Sliders off the kitchen lead to large deck perfect for enjoying a cookout or clam bake! Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Mini Split A/C units help keep you cool, Wifi. Be sure to watch the virtual tour of this great cottage! Linens are not included but can be rented. Make your Cape Cod Memories here this summer! Living space approximately square footage is 1014

This cottage is available on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the summer and a 3 night minimum basis in the off season.

Please note, once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Very nice cottage within walking distance to a private beach. Beach are we could utilize was smaller than I expected but very nice. Great relaxing stay on the cape!

Family Vaca by the Beach

This property was a great rental for our family. Plenty of beds and space. There is only one bathroom, but with the outside shower it was never a problem. It was a great location to the beach. We were able to go down as a group and some kids head back to the house when they needed a rest. Very close to restaurants and bars. The house was super clean and ready for us when we arrived. We would def rent again.
