Updated Studio with Great Views!
Enjoy ocean views from this updated studio located on the 7th floor on the North Side of the building. Open floor plan with updated flooring throughout. This unit offers a new queen bed and new furniture (2026), a bunk bed with 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. Unit offers a regular coffee maker, blender, toaster and a smart TV, you will be able to login to your apps. There is no cable.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
