Positioned between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes, the property offers convenient access to both wine trails, nearby breweries and cideries, and destinations including Ithaca, Trumansburg, and Seneca Falls.



Designed for groups of up to 16, the home features six bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a renovated kitchen, and open living spaces with lake views. Outside, guests can use the expansive deck, barrel sauna, putting green, fire pit, zero-entry shale beach, two kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards.



A private dock can accommodate one boat when water levels permit; guests must bring bumpers. Life jackets must be worn when using the provided watercraft. The home is reached by stairs or a tram, with the tram recommended for easier access.

This home provided us with a truly peaceful setting with incredible views and the sound of the water rolling into the shoreline. The host was excellent with both pre-visit and during-visit responsiveness. We experienced some minor cleanliness issues and noticed an odor in the lower level, but we weren't using that level so it wasn't an issue for us. We didn't experience any issues that required correction during our stay, and the host said the minor issues we shared would be addressed. We enjoyed our visit to the Finger Lakes, and a major component was the time we got to enjoy on the deck and out on the dock of this home.

This is a lovely location with much potential. Just not what you expect from the listing and the price.The house needs some cleaning and maintenance as it looked like it had sat for some time and not well looked after, very tired.The "fully stocked" kitchen was less than that. A random pot or two and we had to cook hot dogs in a dog bowl as there was nothing appropriate and even had to go buy a vegetable peeler as the few things they had was less that what you would find and any random garage sale. A trip to the dollar store would help but for the expectations it fell way short. The view is lovely. No curtains so be an early riser and watch if you like privacy as you are fully exposed, literally in the lower bedroom. Lots of things are hard to figure out like lights, heating/ac and especially the doors in back as the instructions to how they worked are inside the door. Took 3 days to figure them out. No propane for the grill or fire table. 2 empty tanks though and I get they don't guarentee there will be propane, I won't be filling them up just for a couple uses. Guess the hot dogs in the dog bowl will have to do.The master bed mattress was 6-8 inches higher at the foot than the headboard. Had to switch to sleeping with our heads at the footer but the lumpy mattress needs a fast replacement if anyone wants to sleep in it.It was furnished with towels for showers but no hand towels in the fully stocked kitchen, another easy fix. We left it cleaner than arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful with an amazing view to wake up to. Lots of privacy with Great Lake access. Tim was really fast getting back to us when we had questions. This was a great place with a wonderful host. Would recommend

Quiet Getaway

We live in Syracuse so rented this property for a quiet getaway. The property is perfectly secluded and surrounded by trees offering the privacy we were looking. The lake front was wonderful (although a lot of stairs). There was a giant dock that could fit all of us. We went fishing, swimming, kayaking, and just hung out by the beautiful waterfront. There was plenty of space in the home so that we could comfortable host some family and friends. The only drawbacks were the leak on the bathroom ceiling that was growing visible mold, and there must not be any insulation between upstairs and downstairs because anytime someone on the second floor bedrooms walked, it was SO loud and creaky and would wake us up downstairs in the master. Other than that it was well stocked, Private, and gave us a wonderful, quiet, and relaxing weekend away.
