Could have been cleaner. Comforters and blankets need to be washed. Crumbs on the coaster

Crumbs on the toaster. Needs some updating. Enjoyed being on the same floor as our parking garage. Convenient to elevators and pool and beach. Staff was very nice. 5 am alarm went off twice and it was malfunctioning sensor. That was unnerving.

This property was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located in the building and had a parking deck on the same floor. We had no issues at all and would stay here again.

We were three women who stayed at the Phoneix 10. We had a great time even though the weather did not fully cooperate. The accommodations were more than adequate, comfortable, and very nicely done. The closeness to the beach from the pool was excellent and most convenient. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking on each floor made loading and unloading fast and efficient.
