The top floor features the private primary suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom and its own deck, the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. Adjacent to the suite is a spacious living room that overlooks the main level and offers beautiful ocean views.
On the mid-level, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen and dining area, along with a cozy sitting nook that's perfect for your morning coffee. Down the hall are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, along with a full bathroom. This level also opens to a partially wrap-around deck for outdoor relaxation.
For guests seeking extra privacy, the fourth bedroom is located just off the carport with its own separate entrance. This queen suite includes a kitchenette and a full bathroom, making it an ideal option for extended family or anyone wanting a little more space. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
