Come enjoy Grand Timber Lodge Resort. Right between Peaks 8 and 9 at Breckenridge, Grand Timber provides ski-in and ski-out access to some of the best skiing in North America. This large, one-bedroom condominium boasts a master suite with a king-size bed and an over-size jetted tub, a full kitchen and dining area, and a living room with an upscale pull-out sofa and fireplace. This condominium has plenty of room, sleeps four comfortably, is ski-in/ski-out, and is the perfect place to enjoy your ski vacation. Do not forget to take advantage of their great concierge service to book additional activities such as guided ski tours, snowmobile tours, snowshoeing, or other reservations.

Relax after a great day of skiing in your choice of two pools, six hot tubs, a fitness center, or just pamper yourself at the Grand Victorian Day Spa and Salon. They even have a full-service bar and restaurant on site. It just doesn't get any better. Store your car in the underground heated parking garage when you arrive and the resort has a free personal shuttle service to take you anywhere you want to go in Breckenridge - Free of Charge!! No need to drive to dinner, the shuttle will take you and pick you up. Just give them a call! 24-hour Front Desk, 24-hour Security, ADA-compliant, Baggage Handling, Bar/Lounge, Childcare Services, Elevator, Full-service Business Center, Exercise Room, Playground, and Spa on site. You can view all the details on the Grand Timber Lodge website. The renter must be over the age of 21. Once payment is received, Grand Timber Lodge will be notified that you will be using this condo and they will reissue the paperwork for use with your name and details.

You will be required to present a credit card for damage deposit and incidentals at check-in. You are responsible for any damages to the unit, telephone connection fees, long-distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or upgraded housekeeping fees. Pets are not allowed. This is a nonsmoking resort.

Home away from home

Cozy, clean stay. Fully stocked kitchen makes for great takeout. The pool was also a great warming experience in the midst of snowy weather. Would stay here again.

Love it!

We have stayed at this resort for the past three years and it never disappoints! The units are spacious with a fantastic well equipped kitchen. The hotel itself is fantastic from the outdoor hot tubs, to the complimentary shuttle, to the nearby walking trails and ski areas. Great for families!

Unpleasant checkout experience!

We come to Grand Timbers ofter and enjoy staying there. Their shuttle is convenient to use. Their customer service is good if you have any needs. However, upon checkout their were some outstanding fees that the condo host had not paid. Since Grand Timbers could not get in touch with the host that moment or within a few hours they charged my credit card because it was the one on file. That is totally unacceptable, holding my credit card hostage. The host did return their call later that evening and paid the fee. Consequently, they reversed the charge to my credit card. They certainly did not give the host a reasonable amount of time to respond. Grand Timbers customer service upon checkout and 2 follow up phone calls was unacceptable. While they kept their composure while speaking to me, it was what they said that was unacceptable. Basically, if the host doesn't pay we will charge you, because we have your credit card number on file and not his. Rude and unacceptable!
