This venue was the perfect spot for my family and conveniently located on the 1st floor and walking distance to Lionshead Village via the Pedestrian Bridge. The finish outs are not as updated as other units on this property but were sufficient for our stay with young children.Master bathroom was very nice, however, the water did not get very warm unlike the rest of the house where the water was often boiling hot.

A short walk across the bridge and you are in Vail village! Pool and 2 hot tubs are right outside your door.

Great location and vacation

We loved that we were a 10 minute walk to Lionshead village, it was super easy to walk to dinner and the lifts. Even with our 3 year old in tow. The condo was great, well stocked and close to the shared pools and hot tubs. Staff was quick and responsive with all our needs while there. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again!

Great place great location

The place was clean and comfy. Nice gas fireplace. Stored our skis across the bridge in lions head at Vail tech. Made getting to and from slopes easy. Grocery down the street. Loved the location. No complaints. Like having a humidifier for our bedroom.

Ideal location, nice facilities and comfortable unit

Our family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights after the first of the year. We found this unit to be light-filled and comfortable for our entire family. Compared to many of the units in Sun Vail, this one was updated not too long ago so it doesn't have that tired, mountain feel so many condos do. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, cups and utensils. I would say they could use a few more pot holders, but otherwise no complaints. The en suite bath in the master bedroom is great to have though small for two people at once. We loved using the pool and hot tub after a day of swimming and they were both right outside our door. We would love to stay here again!

Overall the house is nice and the location is also very ideal, only a short 15 min walk to the village. We kept the heaters on the red mark like they explained but the bedrooms were still way too hot. When we arrived (after midnight) all towels and sheets that were ready for us to use were really wet...it was freezing outside so having wet towels to shower and sheets on the beds we were supposed to sleep, it was definitely not ideal.Also the shower with the tub was not draining properly, so every time someone used the shower it would be clogged for awhile.The house has most of everything you will need during a vacation but I would appreciate to have a king size bed on the master bedroom for the price we paid.

Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Only had to call property manager once and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. Everything was just as advertised. Great stay and would stay here again.

The property is very much as it appears online. We found the condo to be very well furnished and comfortable and would definitely stay there again. The negative comments about the bedrooms being warm are a bit overstated. They were warm, but we managed to sleep well.

Fun week in Vail; Great Location

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We love the location, which is just over the pedestrian bridge from Lionshead Village. Plus, the pool, hot tup and actual condo are perfect for a family getaway.

Family ski trip

This is a wonderful property for families and for skiing. It fit all 7 us of very comfortably. Its a short walk to the Gondola for skiing. The kitchen is very well stocked. The kids loved the hot tub and pool.

Fun week in Vail; Great Location

The property lived up to expectations. It was comfortable for our family of 4, and our son loved the bunk room. The property was a quick walk from the Lionshead Gondola which allowed us to ski in the morning, have a family lunch at the condo, and back on the hill in the afternoon. We would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic stay!

I stayed here with my husband, 2 young boys, and my father in law. We all loved it. The proximity to the hot tub is amazing and the walk into town is super quick. Also, the best part, it was super clean. It was a wonderful place to stay and we’d stay again. The only thing was that it was super cold in the living room. We couldn’t get it to warm up. The room our boys stayed in with the bunk beds was always super warm. The bedrooms were freezing until the middle of the night when it got super warm in there. The heating was tolerable, and we didn’t feel it deserved any less stars. Definitely consider staying in this condo!

We had a great stay in this condo. Everything is updated and it was clean and comfortable. We loved waking up to the vista of the mountains and watching the cats groom the slopes. We had a perfect short morning walk over to Lions Head, where we conveniently stored our boots and skis. To get to Vail Village, you can either walk or the bus comes right to the complex and takes you wherever you need to go! And after a day of skiing, the hot tub was awesome and we enjoyed our own Après Ski right in the comfort of the living room! We can’t wait until our next visit.

Adequate property

Overall, the condo was adequate. Housekeeping really could have done a better job. The corners and edges were visibly dirty. The non-master bedrooms are very small with no place to put luggage. There is no room to walk in the room once suitcases are in there. Suitcase stands would be helpful. The original ad for this that place stated it is “steps away” from lionshead, but this was really pretty misleading. It looks like has been corrected to say it is a ten minute walk. That is more accurate. While it’s true that you can walk to lionshead, it’s much too long of a walk in ski boots while carrying skis and poles. It is walkable if you are in regular shoes heading to Lionshead to eat, but not to ski. Overall, the property was adequate and the living room and kitchen areas were nice.

Nice Family Stay

The condo is clean and well stocked with anything you would need for a full family. Very convenient to Lion's Head Village and the location close to the hot tub is a nice plus.
