Wonderful hosts!

We booked a stay for our daughter's wedding and the hosts were so kind and accommodating for our extra guests that stopped by to celebrate the bride and groom. They even had a gift waiting for them upon our arrival. We had a few lights out in the bathroom and they immediately came to replace them. The house was very clean and perfect for our stay.

Multi generational stay

What a wonderful few days my 9 family members and I had. We were all in town from all over the US for a wedding. The home was very clean and kitchen fully equipped.A nice and quiet lanai and fenced yard added to a great experience. The owners were extremely accommodating and quick to respond.Would highly recommend!

This is such a cute house and was perfect for me and my family (group of 8). You will likely need to get or bring additional toilet paper and paper towels if you’re staying for more than 3-4 days. Everything else that we needed was provided. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Space to be together

My Florida family and mother from NY were looking for a home to celebrate Christmas weekend together. This 5 bedroom home was spacious enough for privacy when needed with a large kitchen, dining, living room area with an open floor plan. There were 8 adults and 3 babies and we had a great time. 10 minutes from beach and plenty of parking on long double wide driveway. We didn't use the outdoor area because it was a record cold Christmas.

90th birthday gathering

Even in COVID we felt very comfortable gathering at this property for my father’s 90th birthday. The large kitchen/dining room/living room area was perfect as was the large backyard with seating and corn hole. There was a small issue at our arrival but the owner was quick to respond and rectify. And the next day he stopped by to apologize again and give me a $25 Publix gift card for the inconvenience. Location was great for us - my parents live at Freedon Square ~ few miles away. Easy access to highway. And close go beach!!.

Great trip!

This property was exactly as listed. It was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our trip. Location was excellent with options for food, stores and sightseeing very close. Madeira Beach was about a 15 minute easy drive, Indian Rocks Beach was close and beautiful, St. Pete was about 25 minutes away. The house is on a busy street but it was never a problem. There is a huge backyard which my kids enjoyed in our downtime. We enjoyed sitting out back every morning to have our coffee and really enjoyed having a grill to use on the nights we didn't feel like going anywhere. Craig and his wife were very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back one day!

The house is run down, needing a lot of care, minimal supplies. too far to the beach and very difficult to get a parking place at the beach. one of the beds is terrible. It doesn't have usable beach chairs or umbrella, so bring your own. The owner tried to be helpful but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Hi Mary, Unfortunately, because you stopped communicating with us when we had to implement our no pet policy, we are not sure this review is genuine. Our home has all brand new flooring and baseboards, an entirely upgraded kitchen, and fairly new furniture throughout. We do list that we are minutes to the beach and that is 6 to 7 minutes. Parking at the beach is beyond our control. We don’t list that we have a beach umbrella. And we have 10 to 12 beach chairs all in good condition and different sizes. We do list minimal supplies for three days. We are sorry that you couldn’t bring your pet, but we do have a new pet policy that we have on our listing as well. we are always trying to do our best for our guests!

Good for large Group

Property was clean and easy to access. Craig was very easy to work with. Nice outdoor space. Convenient to shopping. We had 9 adult men - most over 6ft. 2 of the beds are doubles so it’s pretty tight for sharing. Couch is a pullout which helped but in reality max sleeping is 8 large adults. For a family with smaller kids 10 is no problem. Water dispenser and ice maker don’t work (clear sign noting this) so bring bottled water if drinking from the tap isn’t your thing. Ice trays are provided so we filled a bowl & it wasn’t a big deal. Overall a nice property. We would rent again.

Family gatherings

We have been coming down to Florida for a very long time (1970’s) to visit family. For years we stayed with family that unfortunately has largely passed on. So to keep with the tradition my father began in 1969 until his passing in bringing my mom down from chilly NJ to visit our kin, I now bring mom down myself. We started using VRBO a few years ago with much success. This particular home was by far the best ever. Plenty of space. Spotless, quiet neighbors every amenity we could want. Comfortable beds. Parking, check in-out. Able to reach our wonderful host. Since we come every year this time we absolutely plan to book this home again. It’s actually fortunate as I had planned on booking the house we stayed at last year but it was unavailable. I am so glad it was because we absolutely loved it. Lots of touches like books to read, beach supplies, toys for kids if you need. Plenty of dishes, platters, and everything necessary. Thank you Craig, we absolutely loved the entire experience.

Wedding Adventure

Our stay was a short distance from Clearwater where my niece got married on the Starlite boat. The home provided everything we needed from dishes to beach supplies. The host was very professional and sent someone over if we had any problems. When we were not at the place we ventured out. After the wedding, we help celebrate their “honeymoon “ by going to Indian Rock Beach, Honeymoon Island and then took the ferry over to Caladesi Island. We also had an excellent dinner at Island Way Restaurant in Clearwater. I would definitely recommend this home which is close to airport, beaches, and shopping.

We also are near the Pinellas Trail for biking and walking and are next to the main road that leads to all of the theme parks throughout Florida!
