The pool depth ranges from approximately 4 feet to 6 feet. Spa is heated by pool system (not a separate hot tub) and has working jets/bubbles.

October 1 through April 30 - price includes pool heat up to 82 degrees. If heat above 82 is desired a $25 per day fee will apply that will be requested through the VRBO payment system.

May 1 through September 30 - pool/spa heating is generally not needed due to summer temperatures keeping the water between 84-87 degrees naturally. The heater is disabled in the summer months and is only available if requested and weather is unseasonably cold.

Dogs considered for an additional $100/dog fee. No more than 2 will be considered. Payment will be added via VRBO payment system

This was the perfect house to celebrate a friend's birthday. The host was FANTASTIC, speedy response time to any questions we had. Loved the pool and quick walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this property!

The stay here was amazing. Plenty of space for all of us, we had 12 and a baby. The pool is perfect especially after a day at the beach. The beach is literally right across the street as well

Enjoyable stay at a wonderful property. Property appears better in person than even the photos reflect. The location is excellent in that it is convenient and within walking distance to a convenience store, a grocery store, area restaurants, and of course, the beach! The layout of the property affords space for a large family or a group of friends. The outside has plenty of seating and small gathering areas. The property is clean and the house is as described, which is exactly what you want in a listing. Excellent communication from the hosts. Will rent here again when I return to the area.

We had a great weekend at the house. Beds were soft and comfortable. The place has everything we needed to make it a great stay. Sound machines to help sleep were a big hit! The bedrooms were all huge as well. We loved the front porch ocean breeze and it a great place to hangout. Plenty of furniture to sit on to visit and plenty of chairs by the pool. All and all a great house to spend with friends. ( there were 4 couples) .

5-Star Stay: Perfect Getaway in Daytona Beach!We just returned from an incredible New Year’s stay at this beautiful house in Daytona Beach, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location is unbeatable—direct beach access with stunning views of the Atlantic. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean was pure magic. This house itself is clean, modern, and comfortably furnished, with plenty of space for our family. What really set this rental apart was the thoughtful hosting. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked—not just the basics, but a full array of spices, pots, pans, and everything we needed to cook meals without running to the store. As a special New Year’s touch, the owners left us a bottle of sparkling cider, which we enjoyed toasting the arrival of 2026 ,Such a nice gesture! The highlight of our trip was when the owner proactively messaged us about an upcoming SpaceX rocket launch visible from the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent, check-in was seamless, and the property amenities (pool, beach chairs, playpen, highchair etc.) were all in great condition. We can’t recommend this Vrbo highly enough—it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation with those extra personal touches that make it feel like home. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay in Daytona was nothing short of amazing, and this house was the highlight of the trip. The space is absolutely huge and extremely clean—honestly, the pictures don't even do it justice!If you have children, this is the place to be. Between the pool (which our kids spent literally every waking minute in) and the endless supply of games and activities, they were constantly entertained. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the water, including pool and beach toys, chairs, a cooler, and a wagon. They even have a specialized contraption to get the chairs down to the sand, which made life so much easier.Ali was an incredible host and even left a personalized welcome basket for each of our four kids. The 3D-printed dinosaurs were a massive hit and such a thoughtful, unique touch! Ali also gave us great local recommendations for kid-friendly outings that helped us make the most of our time.Beyond the house, the location is perfect. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. Both of my parents were able to manage the walk comfortably, which says a lot since one is recovering from a knee replacement and the other is having surgery next week. We will absolutely be rebooking this home whenever we head back to Daytona. Highly recommended!

We are Pittsburgh natives but beach bums at heart! Our family purchased a home in 2018 in Daytona Beach Shores and it became our home away from home. We stay busy with full time work, two kids and a pup but not so busy that we don't see the ocean 5-6x a year.
