ACT Vacation Rentals presents: Friendly Native #303. Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the few beach parking spots and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

Breathtaking 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on St Pete beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Best location on the beach! Condo has an eat in kitchen as well as a high top table in the living to eat at or just relax on your computer while having coffee. Great Gulf of Mexico views from the high top table!
Second floor condo gives a nice view of the pool area, very relaxing. 2 Bedrooms - 1 has a Queen bed, the other has 1 Full bed and 1 twin, there is also a roll-a-way in the closet.

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Beach is located across the parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court.
This condo is building 300, on the poolside/beachside of the building.

Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.

Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.
There is a charcoal/BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however a parking pass is included if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.

I loved the mix match dishes and glassware, it gave a cozy welcome home feel. The location was great, we were comfortable there, we didn’t use anything but the towels, but it seems what ever you need it’s there. It was kind of others to leave left over coffee and little things for the next guess. I hope it was ok, I borrowed a book, but left a new one in its place, my granddaughter loved it! It’s dated but cozy and welcoming. Thanks

We loved the location, pool,locals, and other guests. A little disappointed in how dated the condo was- a lot of wear and tear and the carpet is def in need of replacement. Would love to stay in same complex just not a repeat in this place. Roger was extremely responsive prior to trip. Didn’t bother him during trip.

Overall we had a great stay. The location is fantastic with the beach access right off the parking lot. The condo is a little dated but clean. Small things like slightly loose flooring and a lack of available outlets were apparent but not a deal breaker. The owner was responsive when we did have questions. The kitchen utensils were old and worn, some had just spots. The towels provided were also worn and thin. The pool was heated and the kids loved it. A few small updates and this would be a 5 out of 5
