The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put dirty towels neatly on the counter in the Laundry Room Remove all leftovers from the refrigerator. Please strip any used bed and place the soiled bedding on the floor at the foot of the bed.
Place trash in black trash cans outside to the right of the main entrance. Refuse and recycling must be sealed in plastic trash bags. Please ensure the trash can housing is closed and secure.
Close and lock all windows. Turn off all lights. Lock all doors PLEASE notify the host of your departure so that we have the opportunity to ready our home for the next guests asap. Thank you!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in a quiet area literally 2 miles max from Alexandria Bay. Nice outdoor patio with firepit and propane grill. Beautifully decorated. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable there!

Stunning!

We were very “wowed” by the house and the attention to little details when we arrived. It is a gorgeous home and we enjoyed our time there. Close to down town Alex Bay in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We felt very at home and appreciated all the noticeable upgrades in the house. Huge bonus: the beds are crazy comfortable!!Must stay for anyone visiting Alex Bay or surrounding area.

This is an exceptional property. They have made this home just that, a "home." The attention to detail and updates that have been put into it really show. It is decorated beautifully and has everything you could need during your stay. The outside is peaceful and equally as comfortable. The location is perfect as a jumping off point to explore the region. We had absolutely no questions about safety in the area. The host, Matthew, replied in a very timely & pleasant fashion to our questions. The things that would move it to a 5 star rating would be correcting the water pressure and air conditioning flow, especially to the upstairs rooms. We expressed this to the host and he said he appreciated us making him aware of these issues. Other than these issues, the house is amazing and would be a wonderful choice for a stay.
