My husband and I love this home and enjoy sharing it with others.

Why they chose this property
We love the fields and woods. We enjoy the quiet and the wildlife that passes through! You will see deer, squirrels, hawks, opossums, raccoons, and an occasional coyote. The night skies are beautiful
What makes this property unique
It’s not a standout but the history is this was originally a place for 4 farms to store milk and cheese. Each farm donated a corner of their acreage to create this cheese house.
That’s where we came up with the name, Four Corners Casa!
That was around 1900.
Then in the 1930’s a Dover family converted it into their “country home” where they would gather on weekends and holidays and enjoy being away from home.
It eventually sold in the early 70’s to a family, then we bought it in 1979 and here we are today…
Around the year 2000, we built the kitchen addition and we’ve never regretted that.
I love all the windows!!
We have a natural gas generator which supplies electricity for the kitchen area for heat and A/C, to supply the water well with power and keep things semi modern during a power outage.
We own almost 7 acres here.
We still work but are very attentive to this home in case something needs attention.
