PREMIUM GULF FRONT 1 BEDROOM! Phoenix East 2 in Orange Beach!

Not only is this a great low density complex but this unit rocks!!! Relax in the NEW recliner, accent chair or the sleeper sofa. Then watch the NEW flat screen 40" television or retreat to the bedroom where you can watch the news on the NEW flat screen 32" television. We also just added a NEW comforter set on our comfortable king size bed. You can walk to many of the nice restaurants that range from the casual to the fancy. Oh, did I mention the view? It's AWESOME! Come and relax in our cozy, clean, and well maintained unit. Have fun!

*Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Online check-in was a breeze. Obtaining parking pass and wrist bands was a little confusing, as you have to enter another complex in order to obtain these items. All in all though, the place was well kept, the kitchen was stocked. The A/C is awesome and the view from the balcony is very nice. Will definitely stay there again.

The accommodations were excellent. Loved the condo. There was an issue with the toilet. We notified Brett/Robinson( BR) and someone was there within 2 hours to fix this issue. The check in and parking was a little confusing and the instructions were not clear but again, after contacting BR we were given clear instructions and was able to find the condo and correct parking without further issue

Very nice

Great location. Like the fact that it's a smaller size building and not a big highrise. Still, the the setting is in a busy place with lots of people. The balconies all have gulf waterfront view, as well as the pool - and noise that comes with people at the pool, which was not a problem to us. We wanted a short walk to the beach and I don't think we could have found anything better. In our opinion it was the perfect 1 bedroom beach condo.

Orange Beach 3 Day Stay

When we arrived at the condo building there was no front desk. We could not figure out how to find our room, or whom to talk with. After asking one of the guests we were directed to the building next door to check-in. There was only one person checking guests in and she was not happy. I stood in line for a short time and was given a parking pass and room number and code for entry. Once we got to the room it was very clean, and the balcony was overlooking the beach, Ahhhh perfect. The location was great! The only complaint I have about the room was the mattress. Holly cow that mattress needs to be changed and quickly. I felt like I was sleeping in a cacoon. The mattress is worn out. I woke every morning with a sore back. Other than that it was the perfect getaway.

Close to the Gulf

First time to orange beach

A good first time to orange beach. Room was nice with one exception, I could see and hear the people beside us on the balcony. Gives you more view but with a flaw ... maybe an outdoor curtain would help not seeing neighbors

Fantastic Condo

We have spent numerous vacations with this establishment and have never been disappointed! We sit on the balcony and watch boats enter and exit the inlet and just love watching them throughout the day. Our condo has always been clean and neat and has provided more than we could ever need!
